My favourite energy balls

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of oats
1 cup of iran dates
2 tbsp maple syrup
3-4 tbsp cocao powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Optional:
1-2 scoop of protein powder
1/4 cup of choc chips

Soak dates in hot water for 5 mins or until soft. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor and then roll into balls if you are adding choc chips mix them in after blending.

Store in the fridge in an air tight container and try to make them last the week hehe - goodluck!
